Teamwork and dedication are expected of us to achieve positive targets to the benefit of our learners and the community at large. The team spirit and passion that I see among educators and the school management team become clearly visible in the form of our motivated learners. These dedication and team spirit should continue, if we have to fully realise our vision to develop every learner to his/her full potential.
For the good image, tranquility and good governance I take my hat off to our dedicated functional School Governing Body (SGB) members. The previous SGB under Mr Baloyi HP and the current under Ms Molokomme MJ stand for all things bright and beautiful thus far. Keep up the good work.

At Machaba Primary School, we strive to provide affordable, quality education to any learner. We commit ourself to develop every learner to her/his full potential. We further commit ourself to effectiveness and efficiency in the proper use of available resources to enhance the normal learning and teaching environment.
To realise our vision, Machaba Primary School will Endeavour to - Promote quality teaching and learning to all learners, facilitate personal and professional development of educator, serve as source of reference in cases of friction among stakeholders, forster good working relationship, learners shall be motivated to achieve their full potential. the highest level of effective school management.
Our pass rate target for 2022 is 90%, 98.89% overall pass during 2021 school year, Several trophies and certificates in academic performance, music, sports etc.
We also boast lead teachers in foundation phase, and 2019 best manager in Maleboho East Circuit.
